This website has been developed for the community who live or rent on La Finca.
The site is currently free of charge for those who either own a property and would like to rent it out or who can offer a service to anyone living or staying on La Finca.
I decided to make this website free to advertise on because I recently bought an apartment on La Finca to rent out and found very little information about this 5 * resort and what it has to offer. I also found it difficult and time consuming researching information such as where to purchase furniture and electrical goods and how I could get my property managed whilst I was living in England. Therefore, I ask anyone wanting to be included on this site to help others if you can and email any advice or recommendations on any of the subjects within this site. I will then post these onto the site ASAP.
If you wish to advertise your property to rent on this site I will need the following details from you.
• 4 photos in Jpeg format
• The rates throughout the year
• How many bedrooms
• Apartment or villa
I then need a description from you about your property. Please include if it has air conditioning, if your beds are 4 twins or a double and 2 twins, if you accept smokers, is there an additional fee for change over, what facilities you have for example satellite TV, DVD player etc.
This should be no more than 300 words.
