You’ll have all mod cons, including aircon, heating, and British satellite TV/Radio, plus gorgeous cool marble floors and relaxing neutral décor with a Spanish flavour. The fully fitted and equipped modern kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, oven & hob, D/W and W/M. The spacious lounge and dining area accommodates six comfortably, with room for two more. Instant hot water is provided by a mains gas combi boiler.
The large first floor south facing solarium overlooking the ornamental pool and gardens provides plenty of room for you to get a tan or watch the sun go down over an evening drink. Follow it with an al fresco meal, or wander down alongside the first fairway to the clubhouse restaurant and bar to enjoy its superb cuisine.
The house and adjacent shared swimming pool offer peace of mind being fully alarmed with secure parking and 24/7 on site security. It's suitable for families, couples, and golfing enthusiasts. Smoking is only allowed on the solarium or patio and garden, or otherwise outside the house.
