| | Description | Air-conditioned (hot and cold) throughout, the apartment is kitted out to a high specification and includes a Sharp flat screen Satellite TV (many channels including Sky sport and movies), JVC Stereo, DVD Player, selection of DVD and CDs for your use. There are two bathrooms, two bedrooms (one en-suite and with king size bed and other with twin beds), fully fitted modern kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer and dishwasher), spacious lounge and dining area with table and four chairs. There are table and chairs for outside the front and back of the apartment and a BBQ, all of which provide guests with comfortable outdoor options.

Notes to the rental rates
· Rates are for the apartment per week and not per person.
· Approx. Total in last column includes clean linen and towels (not beach towels), electricity, meet and greet and a welcome pack.
· Non-refundable booking deposit of £100 at time of booking required.
· Final outstanding payment required 30 days before arrival date and must be accompanied by a £150 loss/damage deposit - returnable in full subject to no loss or damage being discovered to the property on your departure and upon return of keys.
· Cancellation Charges - up to 30 days prior to your arrival date no return of booking deposit. Less than 30 days prior to your arrival date - no refund but £150 'loss/damage' deposit will be returned.
· Changeover day is negotiable.
